If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date. You must have the original receipt. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Media, including music CDs and DVDs are nonreturnable if the packaging has been opened.
